NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS, CLIENTS, AND END USERS:
The products marketed, sold, distributed, or displayed by Allied Luxury Goods (hereinafter "Allied Luxury Goods") are not affiliated with, licensed by, or officially endorsed by any luxury brand, designer label, or original manufacturer, unless explicitly stated in writing on a product’s listing or accompanying documentation.
Allied Luxury Goods products are offered solely for decorative, stylistic, theatrical, artistic, educational, or editorial use. These items are intended to be used strictly as props, costume elements, or collectible items, and are not intended for daily wear, representation of authenticity, or resale as genuine branded goods.
Use Limitation & Buyer Responsibility
By purchasing or using any product from Allied Luxury Goods, the purchaser and/or end user acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. No Representation of Authenticity
Items must not be advertised, displayed, or claimed as genuine or original products of any luxury brand or trademark holder.
2. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Resell Allied Luxury Goods products as authentic items.
- Use Allied Luxury Goods products in a way that implies affiliation with, or endorsement by, the original manufacturer.
- Mislead others by wearing or promoting Allied Luxury Goods products as licensed merchandise.
3. Use Requires Written Permission for Certain Activities
Any public usage, media display, social content, or promotional use involving the suggestion of brand authenticity must be accompanied by written approval from the original rights holder.
4. Limitation of Liability
Allied Luxury Goods and its affiliates, employees, partners, or suppliers assume no responsibility or legal liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or connected with:
- Misuse or unauthorized representation of our products.
- Any claims, disputes, or legal actions initiated by original brand owners.
- Any reputational, financial, or legal harm caused by buyer or end-user misrepresentation.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allied Luxury Goods, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your use or misuse of any product.
6. No Warranty or Guarantee
Allied Luxury Goods provides no warranty, express or implied, as to fitness for any particular purpose, brand equivalency, or consumer satisfaction beyond the decorative and prop-based intent.
By engaging in any transaction with Allied Luxury Goods, you expressly agree to the above terms and conditions.
